Job Title: Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist

Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt – Full Time

Hourly Range: $16-$20 based on experience, background, and skillset + mileage reimbursement for courier duties.

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain and Logistics

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm

Location: In-person at our Orlando Office around the Maitland area(32810)

Potential Start: May 13, May 20, June 3

The Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist will work alongside the Purchasing Manager to assist the flow of materials existing and entering Genesis (lab and fulfillment materials). The Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist’s primary job responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day fulfillment operations of the lab to be within the company’s advertised turnaround times. The Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist brings meticulous accuracy, observation, and communication to the team. The Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist will be responsible for all the activities related to receiving and accurately maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.


  • Daily operations (including but not limited to) recording quantities of materials received, sorted, and stocked in the correct expiry (FEFO). Creating and logging digital and physical packing slips to aid the purchasing manager in the closing of the order
  • Responsible for accurate intake, recording, and fulfillment of the site’s supply requests within the company’s turnaround time
  • Owning inventory management software (reporting, advising on process improvements, low inventory levels, re-order points, and issues)
  • Flag and resolve fulfillment issues proactively to not interrupt daily operations
  • Oversee telehealth accounts and LCS (Laboratory Care Specialist) requests
  • Provide a high level of customer service, communicate and visibility with accounts, sales reps, and LCSs
  • Manage and organize the Genesis equipment agreements
  • Responsible for device expiry notices to the appropriate department directors
  • Provide insights during weekly operations meetings and advise the Director of the weekly shipping method totals
  • Record daily temperature and humidity in facilities per QA guidelines
  • Identify and implement cost-savings opportunities (shipping and fulfillment)
  • Assist HR and Sales departments in retrieving Genesis Equipment
  • Assisting with other related duties as assigned
  • Serve as a backup for the courier services


  • +2 years of order fulfillment/inventory management or similar experience.
  • Computer skills required – Use and knowledge of FedEx and UPS systems desired. Use and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds chest high or overhead from the ground and must be comfortable in lifting and/or moving 50+ pounds and be able to operate basic warehouse equipment
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn and execute a wide variety of tasks
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Highly communicative and comfortable working autonomously
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation


  • 1 yr experience with direct patient care or customer service
  • 1 yr experience computer proficiency professionally or educationally
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Data entry skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills required.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Display a compassionate, ethical, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to communicate with staff, management, and patients in a professional manner both verbally and written.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.
