After realizing I was around numerous people at work with Covid I reached out to Genesis for testing. Within the hour I was FaceTiming a Dr. about my concerns... Had a test set up at 10am the next morning and results in less than 24hrs. Thanks for all help and support. Plus no out of pocket expenses with insurance. 5 ⭐️

Very friendly environment Lab, these guys are really proffesional when it comes to their business, every one will greet you with a nice smile behind their masks, Chris the owner is an awesome man, he kept texting me to update me with my result, providing me with tips on how to get well and be safe. This is for sure a 5 stars lab.

Chris came personally to test my mother for Covid 19 after one of her caregivers tested positive. My mother is elderly and bed bound and it is extremely difficult for us to get her out to be tested in a medical facility. We were obviously very very concerned and Chris was so extremely gracious, caring and professional. He said he would follow her test from start to finish and let us know immediately when her results came in...and true to his word he sent her results so promptly!!!! It is difficult to express the anxiety surrounding caring for a frail loved one..Chris treated her and us as we were his own family. We are beyond grateful!!
